Our Philosophy
Our goal is to propose wines that are natural and that generate a maximum amount of enjoyment. Fruity aromas accompanied by a balanced structure, a lasting and delightful mineral taste are characteristics of our wines. The wines produced are solely made from our vineyard’s grapes.
We are highly dedicated in caring for our vines as well as the biological equilibrium of the soils. We do not use any chemical products.
In the winery, the fermentation process is done using natural yeasts; a part from the low dose of sulfites; no other oenological product is used throughout the winemaking procedure.
We seek to represent the closest expression of our terroir and vintage, by associating traditional work methods to the use of modern equipment, while respecting the living and the integrity of our wines.
